Flexible Sublease Options for Therapists

IMPORTANT: This office is located in Amarillo, TX.
Office space is available for professionals who intend to physically use the office space for their practice. This is not a virtual office, mailbox, registered-agent service, or address-only rental.

Depending on availability, offices may be rented:

  • Full-time

  • Part-time

  • Specific days per week

This flexibility makes the space perfect for therapists who are:

  • Expanding from telehealth to in-person sessions

  • Building a caseload gradually

  • Needing professional space for a few days each week

  • 1 day/week - $150/month

    2 days/week - $275/month

    3 days/week - $375/month

    Pricing reflects rates as of 3/16/26.

    There may be a small annual increase if building rent increases.

    To provide stability for clients and office operations, subleased days are fixed. If you select a single day per week, that day will remain the same every week (eg, all Tuesdays or all Fridays).
